1. Order Processing Time

  • We handcraft each item upon order. Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and prepare your package.

  • Orders placed after 3 PM CST, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $5.99 per order; FREE on orders over $50.

  • Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days): $12.99 per order.

  • Overnight Shipping: Contact us for a shipping quote or use real-time carrier rates at checkout.

3. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide! Delivery times vary (7–21 business days depending on destination).

  • Duties & Taxes: May be charged by customs in your country. You are responsible unless shipping is marked “DDP.”

4. Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We use trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Shipping cost is calculated based on:

    • Flat-rate tiers for most items

    • Item size/weight via Shopify shipping profiles or carrier-calculated rates

  • Add-ons available at checkout:

    • Insurance for orders over $100

    • Optional signature confirmation

5. Packaging

  • Items are securely packed using eco-friendly, branded packaging.

  • Larger or fragile items may incur slightly higher shipping fees.

6. Tracking Information

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Track your parcel via the link provided.

7. Lost, Damaged & Delayed Packages

  • Notify us within 7 days of estimated delivery if your package is lost or damaged.

  • We'll initiate a carrier claim and issue a replacement or refund as applicable.

8. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Customer covers return shipping unless the issue was our fault.

  • Refunds processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • For changes or cancellations, contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.

10. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only to physical addresses, no P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO.

  • Some countries may have restrictions (e.g. customs or import limitations).

  • Certain items may require special handling and incur longer processing times.

11. Care Instructions

  • For fragile or heat-sensitive items (e.g., mugs, tumblers), allow an extra 1–2 days for careful packaging.
